Sluggish today. Got so excited about yesterday's successful return that I spent the whole evening doing some planning & writing my training in my diary.
As a result I got to bed at midnight, woke up sluggish and managed nothing more than an enduro ride to the office and back. Mind you, I'm walking a fair distance every day.
Hoping tomorrow will go smoothly so I can just get up early on Friday and drive home in order to move house.
Did someone say strength training?
