First training ride today after my rest period.
50 / 50 speed and strength on the way to work and pretty much all strength sets on the hills on the way back... except for an itty bitty sprint to the turn on my way back leaving me riding around the carpark in circles to warm down.
Headed for the clifftops to do a yoga set overlooking the sea. I've got a bit inflexible.
Felt good to be going fast again after all this time. I like training on the bike again.
